This month, Dr Andrea Ubhi, author, speaker and equality advocate talks with psychotherapist Christine Oxborrow. They discuss the personality type of the high achiever. Along with the mental challenges that lockdown and COVID has brought.

In this interview, Christine discusses personality types that have a predisposition to entering dentistry.

She explains that becoming a high achiever is not a pathology, but simply a personality type. With the positives and negatives that go along with that.

She looks at how lockdown has put particular stresses on high achievers and looks at ways of managing these stressors.
