Practice Manager, Kensington, London

Medicruit are sourcing a full time Practice Manager to cover two sites based in Kensington

Job Details:
The successful candidate will work with a fantastic team of dentists, dental nurses and be expected to perform but not limited to the following duties:
Responsibility for the smooth day-to-day running of the operational side of the practice.
Come up with innovative solutions to ensure maximum capacity.
Ensuring good communication is maintained between dental professionals, support staff and the patients at all times.
Management of administration duties within the clinic to ensure everything runs as smoothly as possible and that patients leave with a very positive impression of the clinic.
Ensuring all legal and health and safety requirements are adhered to including CQC compliance.
Meeting and greeting patients in a friendly manner and discussing any issues or concerns that they may have.
Ensuring dental and other products supplies are replenished as and when required.
Assisting the customer care team with the planning and scheduling of appointments, implementation of treatment plans and keeping patient records up to date.
Undertake nursing/reception duties as and when required
To have initial responsibility for complaints, and administrative processes for Health and Safety, Personnel, grievance and disciplinary.

Skills required
Knowledge of legislation relating to management of a business and employing staff
2 years staff management experience, managing a dental clinic; working closely with a team of dental professionals and support staff.
Good general knowledge of CQC compliance.
Good IT skills, with knowledge of Microsoft Office and dental software.
Proven ability to manage a dental practice; management experience of multiple clinic locations would be considered an advantage.
Attention to detail – essential when working in a busy dental surgery.
Highly organised with ability to prioritise and work to very high standards of performance
Problem Solving – ability to deal with all problems that arise in the practice in a calm and professional manner.
Must be comfortable working at a fast pace in our ever changing industry
Good standard of English
Excellent communications skills are needed, both written and verbal
Knowledge and experience of DPB, DOH and NHS England
High ethical standards
Willing to learn new skills

All candidates MUST have Previous dental management experience

Salary Negotiable depending on experience
