FLOAT DENTAL NURSE – SOUTH WEST LONDON, JO15232
The Dental Nurse we are looking for must understand that the patients’ experience within the surgery is as much their responsibility as it is the Clinician and they will take all reasonable methods to ensure patient comfort. We require every part of clinical support to be carried out in a safe and effective manner in accordance with the ‘Code of Ethics’ of the British Association of Dental Nurses and the GDC requirements and recommendations. They must be comfortable engaging with patients and family face to face within the practice and must be able to listen to any complaints that may arise and escalate to the right person if unable to fix themselves. The surgery would need to be prepared in the correct way for the next patient, as all team members are expected to take pride in the cleanliness of the surgery and the equipment used within it.
