This mixed practice are looking to recruit for an experienced Practice Manager for a practice in Hailsham.
An exciting opportunity to become a part of the team as a Practice manager (full time) has arisen.This practice is a very patient-focused, NHS and private dental practice situated in Halisham.
This practice like to provide the best possible care to their patients, whether that is the best evidence based care or latest technology or simply great service throughout the patient journey.
Their approach is gentle, open and honest. It is their aim to make sure that patients have an exceptional experience every time they visit and that they have received the best they would want to deliver.
Practice are looking for a manager who shares the same ethos as they do for a patient-centred practice, to continue managing their team and practice.
This is a full time role, working between Monday- Friday, from 8.30am-5.30pm
Start Date: ASAP
All candidates must have dental experience and Practice managerial experience within the dental sector.

Good computer skills
Good working knowledge of what it takes to be a compliant CQC and NHS and Private practice
Have experience in private practice or a knowledge of what it involves, and where dentistry is going
Strong business / managerial skills / marketing.

Suitable applicants will be responsible for :
To carry out management duties to ensure effective running of the Practice and perform such other tasks as reasonably requested by the Senior Management Team.
To liaise with the Receptionists, Nurses and Clinical Team to ensure the smooth and efficient running of the practice as a whole.
To ensure the practice meets standards set by government legislation including but not limited to CQC and HTM 01-05.
To perform a high quality management service in areas of the practice finance, personnel, health and safety, stock control and clinical governance including all practice audits.
To establish and maintain productive working relationships with all members of the team.
To liaise with the Senior Management Team on all matters concerning finance, administration, pay and service conditions.
To supervise all staff in the practice other than dentists, hygienists and therapists in regard to clinical matters.
To work with a number of external organisations, groups and individuals and carry out these tasks to a high standard of professionalism
Responsibility for the day to day running of a 4 surgery practice
Managing the clinical governance system and maintaining practice policies
Working in a fully computerised practice using SOE software
Compliance with CQC regulations and focusing to become and CQC registered manager
Stock and inventory control
Management of dentist's diaries and UDA targets
Financial management of the practice
Induction of support staff and dentists
This is a mixed dental practice,55% NHS and 45% private, consisting of 4 Dental Surgeries, fully equipped, with Digital Xrays on sites and computerised using SOE. Modern site, CT scanner on site. State of the art practice.
Pay: £24-26k per annum (depending on experience)
There is parking around the area.
