Salary £25k-£32k depending on experience, Part Time permanent contract, 4 days a week - Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday, 9am-6pm, minimum of 2 years experience required in a customer service role and of managing staff, previous Dental experience desirable but not essential, GDC Registration also a benefit if required to help out with Nursing but not essential

The client is looking for a strong confident Practice Manager that understands the importance of leading a team as well as managing the team’s direction. The candidate will need to be able to react to the ever-changing day-to-day duties of running a fast-paced dentistry organisation and find it natural to multitask. They should be comfortable engaging with patients both on the phone and face to face within the practice and being able to deal with complaints that may arise in a positive way and more importantly, able to learn from this feedback and implement changes if that’s what is required. The Practice Manager will need to be considered an approachable person within the business that naturally coaches their team to get the best out of them. This person does work under pressure but from the outside you wouldn’t know it.
