There has never been a better time to join Oasis as we work together with Bupa to help people live longer, healthier, happier lives.</p> <p><strong><u>THE ROLE</u></strong></p> <p>To support the Payroll function, via the consistent service delivery of payroll analysis and administration, including processing, reconciliation and reporting.</p> <ul> <li>Support the Payroll team with all monthly processing tasks in a timely manner, ensuring system accuracy for the monthly Payroll deadlines</li> <li>Maintain and support the HR/Payroll system (iTrent) and other employee data sources with due care to Oasis policies, employment legislation, and the principles of the Data Protection Act</li> <li>Proactively provide suggestions for system enhancements and process development to improve the customer experience and increase compliance</li> <li>Keep up to date with Payroll best practice and HR Shared Services activities in order to be able to respond to queries effectively</li> <li>Promote compliance to process by educating and supporting Line Managers on Payroll administration procedures</li> <li>Respond to payroll queries liaising with the HR team where necessary</li> <li>Provide high quality reporting and statistics for Line Managers and Senior Management</li> <li>Prepare monthly KPI and absence data for Senior Management</li> <li>Reconcile payroll and pensions data ensuring statutory and company requirements are met</li> <li>Effectively communicate externally and internally; acting as a point of contact for all Line Managers and employees</li> <li>Develop and maintain relationships with internal contacts, including the HR Business Partners and HR Advisory team</li> <li>Supporting the HR Shared Service to ensure as a team we all deliver the best possible experience to our customers</li> <li>Support the change agenda to streamline HR administration processes; embracing a cycle of continuous improvement</li> <li>Fully participate with and support the Payroll Manager, HR Shared Services Manager and HR Advisors in their co-ordination of any business initiatives that impact on Payroll</li> <li>System Administration</li> <li>Have responsibility for the iTrent Payroll blueprint ensuring the configuration document is kept up to date with any system changes and administer those changes as required</li> <li>Responsible for managing Organisational Details, System Administration and security settings on iTrent</li> </ul> <p><strong><u>ABOUT YOU</u></strong></p> <ul> <li>Excellent payroll knowledge/experience</li> <li>Advanced knowledge of, and experience with, spreadsheets and reporting</li> <li>GSCE English and Maths Grade C or above (or equivalent qualification)</li> <li>Excellent organisational and prioritisation skills</li> <li>Ability to communicate at all levels with good interpersonal skills</li> <li>Excellent customer service experience</li> <li>Self-reliant, able to act on own initiative</li> <li>Methodical and process orientated</li> <li>Confident user of Microsoft Office</li> <li>Ability to carry out duties with integrity and in a confidential manner</li> <li>Experience of iTrent HR database and SAP Business Objectives would be an advantage.</li> </ul> <p><strong><u>WHY CHOOSE OASIS</u></strong></p> <ul> <li>Competitive salary and benefits</li> <li>25 days holiday and the option to buy or sell up to 5 extra days</li> <li>Free parking</li> <li>Progression and development</li> <li>Contributory pension</li> <li>Cycle to work scheme</li> <li>Discount in over 7000 retailers</li> <li>Salary sacrifice scheme including childcare vouchers</li> </ul>
