Our client is looking for a full time Receptionist and  Customer Care Coordinator with passion, flair and experience in customer service and marketing. They are looking for someone to join their very successful team, who has the confidence to approach new patients and drive our business forward.
A Customer Care Coordinator has one of the most productive roles within the practice. Whilst clinical knowledge is desirable, the most important attributes are superb people skills, excellent organization, telephone and follow up skills. You must have an assertive personality and be a very caring person to manage people through their patient journey.
The job role is to deal with patient inquiries at the busy Practice providing specialist dental treatments. Inquiries will be via phone, email and face-to-face, therefore excellent communication skills are required for this post. The practice organises and markets CPD training events to members of the Dental Industry so organization and efficiency is key to lead this aspect of the role.

You will be responsible for assisting the patients through their treatment journey. Many patients will be undergoing complex dental treatments and your ability to guide them through this will be paramount to the service we provide.
Key responsibilities:
Liaising with the clinician in order to formulate an appropriate treatment plan for patients. Being the first point of call for new patients and existing. Discuss a treatment plan and the various options available to patients. Ensure new patient enquiries are dealt with immediately, Ensure patients are followed up, logged and monitored; organizational skills are essential, Liaising with the entire dental team, working together to ensure that the patient has a smooth journey at our clinic
Specific skills:
Excellent communication skills is paramount. A keen interest in learning (if not already known) about various systems and treatments used in dentistry. Adopts a confident approach. Interested in sales and are commercially aware. Excellent organization skills. Good IT skills and most importantly; a strong team player who has a professional attitude to their work able to deliver 5 star service at all times.
The practice is growing rapidly and salary would be up to £10 per hour for a 40 hour week, dependant on experience and what you can offer to the business in terms of sales as a TCO.
