Ceremony ticket cancellation policy:
Cancellations must be received by phone (office hours). Cancellation charges will apply as below:
Cancellations received more than 4 weeks prior to the awards ceremony – 100% refund
Cancellations received less than 4 weeks but more than 3 weeks prior to the awards ceremony – 90% refund
Cancellations received less than 3 weeks but more than 2 weeks prior to the awards ceremony – 50% refund
Cancellations received less than 2 week period prior to the award ceremony – unfortunately we are unable to issue a refund.
Entry T&C’s
To be eligible for an award, you should not be subject to any ongoing FTP investigation by the GDC or be practising under any conditions imposed as a result of such an investigation.
Entrants must ensure they have full permission and rights to submit all materials included in their entry.
Entrants are solely responsible for the preparation and submission of their entries. It is the entrant’s duty to ensure that all materials are complete, accurate, and correctly submitted before the stated deadline.
We recommend that you check your entries are entered into the correct categories and regions on your dentistry.co.uk account home page. FMC accepts no responsibility for late, incomplete, or incorrectly submitted entries, or for any technical errors that may occur during the submission process.
The judges decision is final and no correspondence concerning the outcomes will be entered into.
Ceremony attendance behaviour, conduct, and restrictions
- All attendees are expected to behave in a respectful, responsible, and professional manner throughout the event.
- The organisers reserve the right to remove any guest whose behaviour is deemed disruptive, inappropriate, threatening, abusive, discriminatory, or otherwise unacceptable.
- Damage to venue property or the property of other guests will result in removal from the event and may lead to liability for associated costs.
- Guests must follow the instructions of event staff, security personnel, and venue management at all times.
- No under 18s are permitted to attend this event. ID checks will be performed on any attendee who appears to be under the age of 18. Acceptable forms of ID include a valid passport, driving licence, or government-issued photo identification. Guests who are unable to provide valid ID upon request will not be granted access to the venue, and no refunds will be issued.
