Entry is now closed for 2025After the entry deadline closes, the judging panel will begin the shortlisting process. All shortlisted entries will be announced shortly after the closing date.
Ceremony ticket cancellation policy:
Cancellations must be received by phone (office hours). Cancellation charges will apply as below:
Cancellations received more than 4 weeks prior to the awards ceremony – 100% refund
Cancellations received less than 4 weeks but more than 3 weeks prior to the awards ceremony – 90% refund
Cancellations received less than 3 weeks but more than 2 weeks prior to the awards ceremony – 50% refund
Cancellations received less than 2 week period prior to the award ceremony – unfortunately we are unable to issue a refund.
Entry T&C’s
To be eligible for an award, you should not be subject to any ongoing FTP investigation by the GDC or be practising under any conditions imposed as a result of such an investigation.
Entrants must ensure they have full permission and rights to submit all materials included in their entry.
Entrants are solely responsible for the preparation and submission of their entries. It is the entrant’s duty to ensure that all materials are complete, accurate, and correctly submitted before the stated deadline.
FMC accepts no responsibility for late, incomplete, or incorrectly submitted entries, or for any technical errors that may occur during the submission process.
The judges decision is final and no correspondence concerning the outcomes will be entered into.
